[Feature] multiple network interfaces

Description of the feature

Is there currently a way to display multiple network interfaces? I tried manually defining both in my docker compose file. And I tried to create a second instance of dash dot. Doesn't seem to work. Would it be possible to add this feature? Or can someone tell me if it's already possible and I'm just dumb lol

Thanks for your hard work. Love this app I run it on all my Linux servers for the API backend.

Hey there! There is in fact no option for this, and honestly I feel like it is quite niche, so I probably will not find the time to work on this. If someone wants to provide a PR for it, I would be open to that, though!
