no push notification received for all messages

Bug

prequesite:
user1 & user2 members in spaceX
install pwa on your mobile
enable notifications

Steps to Reproduce

user1 scroll stream of spaceX using browser of mobile
user2 send a msg in spaceX
->user1 receive push notif
user1 close plf from web browser
clicks on already received push notif
user1 redirected to related chat on pwa
user1 close pwa
user2 send 12 msg
-> user1 receive only 4 push notifs

Expected Result

-the user should be notified with all new messages
