since MCC v5.6.2 update PWM0 not showing completely

Not sure if this is the right place, but since MCC update to v5.6.2 the PWM0 tree is not shown completely. The Channel Configuration entry is missing. The MCC Project Graph has changed to a new design.

All pack and IDE up to date

IDE: MPLABX v6.25
CPU: ATSAME70Q21B
SAME70_DFP 4.12.265

With older MCC 5.5.1 it shows all PWM0 entries:

Any Idea why Channel Configuration entry is not shown ?
