Please create a procedure manual for implementation in VS Code, not Cloud Shell.

I am an MCT in Japan.
I have received considerable feedback from participants in my course that the Cloud Shell exercises are difficult to follow and hinder comprehension.
Could we revert to using VS Code for the exercises, as in previous sessions? Alternatively, please provide both options so participants may choose.
