Problem

At the start of Lab 06, the instructions tell us to use GPT-4o:

Later, when we test our content filter, they tell us to use Phi-4.

Root Cause

I believe that line 107 was missed as part of this commit that updated other Phi-4 references to GPT-4o: dd08353

Proposed Solution

I recommend that line 107 similarly be updated to reference GPT-4o.
