[BUG] Global keybinds don't work with non-alphanumeric shortcuts

Description

I can set a global hotkey on Windows for Push-to-Mute

But I cannot set shortcuts for Toggle Mute or Toggle Deafen

Steps to Reproduce

Going into the keybinds menu on Windows, and setting toggle Deafen

Expected Behavior

Pressing the configured custom hotkeys configured will Mute or Deafen discord

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens

Environment

• Operating System (name and version): Windows 10 LTSC IoT Entrprise
• GoofCord Version: 2.0.1
• Way of installing: Windows installer (64 bit)

I tried numerous key combinations, my preferred shortcuts are PAGEUP and PAGEDOWN

Not sure if this was pushed in 2.1.0, however if it was, it remains unresolved for me.

Yes, the fix is present in 2.1.0.
I can't reproduce in a VM anymore. Are you sure it's not temporary? Have you tried restarting or re-setting keybinds?

I just reinstalled to test, and yeah this dosnt work on Windows Goofcord - I got the release from yesterday (most recent)

Same happened to me. In previous versions, I could set goofcord to use buttons such as mouse5 to global mute even in games. Now, it doesn't even read mouse5 anymore and no global hotkey usage even opening as admin and setting it up.

Win11 25h2 (tested in both pro and iot ltsc machines, issues seen in both)
However, I do believe that this is only happening in new installs, as before reinstalling windows and formatting pc, even updated it worked normally.

There was another issue at play, 3f9096e should fix it. I'll do some testing to confirm.

Update: It doesn't.
I will likely need to make changes to venbind itself.

Is there any insight into how achievable a fix for this is?

Personally I dont find having to bind "Toggle mute" to an alphanumeric key a great solution, as these keys (a-z, 0-9) are typed frequently, and all of a sudden you didnt realise you accidently muted discord.

Id love for this functionality to come to goofcord, as its the only thing stopping me at this moment
