[BUG]: Desktop Assistant - Threads not showing after interaction in workspace

How are you running AnythingLLM?

AnythingLLM desktop app

What happened?

Thread started using Desktop Assistant. Accessing the Thread in a workspace will render it unaccessible from the assistant.

Closing and opening AnythingLLM Desktop App will also create this issue. Some Old threads will appear, but not the most recent ones.

Are there known steps to reproduce?

• Open Desktop Assistant with shortcut
• Chat with LM
• Click 3 dots and "Go to AnythingLLM"
• interact with Chat or don't
• reopen Desktop Assistant, Thread is gone.

• Open Desktop Assistant with shortcut
• Chat with LM
• Close Assistant and AnythingLLM process
• Reopen AnythingLLM, press shortcut for assistant
• Thread is gone.

It seems that if you ONLY interact with a thread in the Assistant, they stay visible. Once you go to the workspace and continue from there, it somehow changes state and is no longer accessible from the Desktop Assistant.

Seems the Desktop Assistant only sees the FIRST Workspace, and not the others it created

Also, it seems that the Desktop Assistant, sometimes it will create a new workspace for threads to be made, and sometimes it goes back to an older workspace. which can be problematic for context.

There should be a button to create a new workspace from the assistant, and in the thread list we should be able to see the workspaces, and select the one we want to be interacting with.
