Provide a link to variant spellings from personography entries

Like our location files, we would like our personography entries to include a link titled "List variant names and spellings". This link should capture all the different ways a person's name is spelled across the site thereby reducing the chance of duplicate PERS1 entries being made.

@mrothwell23 Just to flag up the consequences of this: it will increase the build time by something like 15 to 20 minutes. Are you sure it's worth it?

Initial XML phase of this was added today. I expect bad fallout for a little while.

Build time is now 2 hours 40 minutes. That's just as a result of extracting the variant spellings; there'll be additional time when I write the code to add them to the pages.

The names are now appearing in the person pages. They aren't currently linked to anywhere, since my understanding is that you want to use this primarily for checking to prevent duplicate PERS entries. If something like the gazetteer is envisioned, it's a substantial amount of work, and it will probably add another hour to the build process, so I'd recommend against it. I don't think we've ever had a request from an end-user for that, have we?

The team needs all the links to be included, so I've made a start in rev 21175. I'm very concerned about the additional build time that will result. I suspect this may be so time-consuming that we'll have to back out of it and wait till we have time to do a thorough rewrite of the build process to base it on xsl maps and cut the build time down.

As expected, trying to integrate this into the current build process (which was written before many XSLT 3 features were available to us) results in an unacceptably long build time. We're backing out of this, and putting this feature on the back-burner pending remediation of the current build process to make it more efficient.
