Add support for pi-hole v6.x

There is one issue with v6 that I run into whenever using a PV.

pi-hole/docker-pi-hole#1715

Works just fine w/o PVs. And the exact same config works fine with pihole 5, but as soon as i flip to 6, i get a bunch of errors regarding Bad File Descriptors. Curious if others using PVs run into the same

Yep, I ran into the same thing. Most likely related to the NFS, I've tried changing user and group ID of pi-hole (among other things) to match one of the NFS, didn't help.
Only solution was redeploying version 5 and restoring the backup.

might be interesting to document use of FTLCONF_dns_listeningMode: "SINGLE" variable, as without it (or without manual change in UI), pihole on kubernetes is unusable because it restricts strict-local queries, rejecting any queries done via LoadBalancer e.g.
