Notice: Issue When Using Custom Media Thumbnails

We are aware that there is currently an issue produced when using custom media thumbnails that prevents files from being successfully associated with media records, even when the media files have been uploaded successfully. We are working on a fix, and any media records that have been affected by this issue will be remediated and file associations will be restored. For now, we recommend not using custom thumbnails for media until a fix for this has been produced.
