Embedded CDFs database as an input #13
Description
The transformation tool uses, as an input, a series of CDF files for the creation of the same number of FHIR bundles. The tool should also support a standard embedded database with the content of these CDFs. This way the tool can be used in settings where a large number of input files may cause performance issues on the host's file system.
