CIRRUS doc links go to broken Markdown files

When viewing the CIRRUS documentation on the ARC website (https://ncar-hpc-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/compute-systems/cirrus/guides/01-intro/), clicking on many of the links in the "Getting Started Workflows" section leads to Markdown files that render poorly in Web browsers ("Team Interaction" for example). As these pages are public-facing, this issue needs to be corrected so as not to confuse non-technical viewers.
