Find and Implement Bitnami Alternatives for Other ADC Services (Apache, WP, MariaDB)

Since Bitnami charts will no longer be updated with security fixes etc, we need to find and substitute well-maintained alternatives. We've settled on CloudNative PG operator for Postgres, and now need alternatives for the following services deployed as part of the Arctic Data Center:

• Apache Web Server (used for arcticdata.io/data)
• Wordpress (used for arcticdata.io homepage, blog, etc)
• MariaDB (sub-chart of Wordpress deployment)
