Impacts Loader Table: questions for CDFW

1. Level of impact intensity should be 1 (low), 2 (moderate), or 3 (high), but LImpacts also has values of 0, 10, 999, and 52. Should we ask them to correct these or remove them?
2. There is one impact code (39) with SurveyID SONO0930 that is not included in their lookup table. Should we ask them to correct these or remove it?
