Link obs_count displays in tables and detail views to a filtered plot observation table #106
Description
Links will occur from the following views and should have an easy way to dismiss the filter once we move to the plot tab as well (like a pill with an x):
- Projects table and details
- People table and details
- Community Concept table and details
- Plant Concept table and details
- Stratum Method (To be implemented table and details)
- Cover Method (To be implemented table and details)
