Provide community summary reporting feature

Outcome

Ability to generate a report that summarizes species presence and corresponding cover (when available) across some user-defined set of plot observations, potentially segmented by community type (see details).

This is analogous to the constancy table feature of the original VegBank website. For a given (user-defined) collection of plot observations, this table displays the taxa observed in each set of plots, and for each taxon, reports number of plots it was observed in along with corresponding cover statistics (avg, min, max) across the plots.

Desired enhancements over original VegBank constancy table:

• Add summary by community type
• Add % of plots each species was observed in
• Allow other stats beyond arithmetic mean, min, and max
• Enable exclusion of non-vascular plants
• Enable exclusion of observations not resolved to species
• Provide feature for taxonomic homogenization, e.g.:
  • Handling synonymy of names (species taxonomy and/or classification)
    • Some community types are outdated / reference old taxa; is it better to re-interpret at a plot level or have a separate synonyms table?
