Error streaming video file in Chrome #1204
Description
It was reported that this streaming-only course reserves video file cannot be streamed in Chrome: https://repository.library.northeastern.edu/files/neu:cj82qz442
The file itself is healthy with the appropriate codecs, and has been successfully accessed for a few years.
Other similar files can be streamed in Chrome (see https://repository.library.northeastern.edu/files/neu:cj82r2101 and https://repository.library.northeastern.edu/files/neu:f1881w73h).
The file streams as expected in other browsers, like Firefox and Safari.
Inspecting the page in Chrome reveals an error:
GET https://repository.library.northeastern.edu/wowza/neu:m0428600x/plain 403 (Forbidden)).
The Firefox page inspector does not identify any errors, but does identify a few warnings, including:
The script from “https://ssl.p.jwpcdn.com/player/v/7.8.7/jwpsrv.js” was loaded even though its MIME type (“text/plain”) is not a valid JavaScript MIME type.
