Remove the support of BigScape v1

Remove the support of BigScape V1 in NPLinker. This removal will make it possible to release conda packages for NPLinker, enabling a much easier installation process (users just need to run conda install nplinker, that's all).

• Remove bigscape v1 support
• Update README/doc to mention which version of nplinker supports bigscape v1

Hi @justinjjvanderhooft Arjan and me have discussed and planned to remove BigScape v1 from NPLinker to simplify the installation process of nplinker and to promote the use of bigscape v2. What do you think?

@CunliangGeng thanks for bringing this up. It sounds like if it makes things much easier to install, it makes sense to focus on BiG-SCAPE v2. I do think v1 will be used for a while longer before everyone made the switch, so allowing users to load v1 results (in local mode) would be beneficial.

Also, we can point to an earlier version of NPLinker that does have complete v1 support....

Thanks Justin. It's a good idea to mention in doc/README about which version has v1 support.
So we will work on this issue and remove v1 support for the next version.
