Complete BiG-SCAPE 2 output within NPLinker?

This is more of a feature request, so I hope this is an OK place to submit. Is it possible to modify the BiG-SCAPE 2 integration in NPLinker so that it generates the full set of BiG-SCAPE output files (including the html visualizations of networks and CORASON BGC phylogenies) rather than just the database? This would help immensely with downstream analysis. Thanks everyone, especially @adraismawur !

Hi, sorry this took me a while to get to. I can add this as an option to the configuration. I'll try to get a PR for this ready today.
