Issues with nano config files when softioc is created without home folder

On my systems, I have noticed that creating the softioc user without a home folder leads to trouble when I'm editing files using nano while the softioc user. This is because tools like nano want to create their own little configuration file in your home folder when you use them.

I've been creating the softioc user myself with a home folder to avoid this issue, but others would likely run into this problem too.

Current code:
sudo useradd softioc

Proposed code:
sudo useradd -m softioc
