Update readme.md template #2
Description
The plugin's readme file should follow Austin's rules for NPE and be titled "readme.md" not "README.md". The file should also use Austin's template, which includes a direct link to the readme.md file under "source". This can be created by removing .git from the github url (I think it already does this and stores the result in "reponame") then adding /blob//readme.md. This should be done before submitting, so the full url can be displayed for the user to verify, since other web front ends for git may not use the same paths.
