I found it easier to create the rules in PBIX Inspector V2, but unfortunately it doesn't work with PBIX reports even using the enhanced PBIR.
PBIX Inspector V2 will work in PBIX files?
Don't work in .pbix

But this file use enhanced PBIR
Result:
PBIX Inspector V1 =
- ✅ PBIX - PBIR-Legacy
- ❌ PBIX - PBIR-enhanced
- ✅ PBIP - PBIR-Legacy
- ❌ PBIP - PBIR-enhanced
PBIX Inspector V2 =
- ❌ PBIX - PBIR-Legacy
- ❌ PBIX - PBIR-enhanced
- ❌ PBIP - PBIR-Legacy
- ✅ PBIP - PBIR-enhanced
In 2026, all pbix files will use enhanced PBIR.
