Show the license on multi-resource DOIs

**Description**
The license isn't shown on DOIs for multiple resources.

**Expected Behaviour**
The most restrictive license should be shown, or all licenses should be shown (need to decide exactly how to deal with this).

**To Reproduce**
Go to a multi-resource DOI, such as this one: https://data.nhm.ac.uk/doi/10.5519/qd.m2pgbnsv (it only has one resource, but you get the idea).
