[Feature] Per device availability settings

It is not possible to set availability options for devices. So only global availability options can be applied.
As an example: all my passive devices report regularly every hour so I have set the global availability timeout to 2h for passive devices but I got a specific device that reports only every 4h and so I wish to set this device availability timeout to 5h but actually it is not possible through the frontend.

in Device/Settings I wish to be able to set device availability options as describe in related documentation:

I can configure the device availability in yaml configuration

This is actually caused by Z2M because availability is not explicitly declared in the schema (which is used to render inputs here).

@Koenkk was there a reason that this wasn't included (breaks the original frontend maybe with the nested structure?)?

@Nerivec I dont remember a reason for this, I expect it was just missed with the availability refactor
