1. GRANT OF RIGHTS

   You are free to:
   - Use Sinapsis for personal and internal business purposes
   - Modify and adapt Sinapsis for your own use
   - Study how Sinapsis works and learn from it
   - Share Sinapsis with others under these same terms

2. RESTRICTIONS

   You may NOT:
   - Sell Sinapsis or any derivative work as a standalone product
   - Offer Sinapsis as a paid service (SaaS, consulting package, course material)
   - Remove or alter this license, credits, or attribution notices
   - Claim authorship of the original Sinapsis system
   - Use Sinapsis in competing commercial products or services

3. COMMERCIAL USE

   Commercial exploitation rights are exclusively reserved to:

   This includes but is not limited to:
   - Selling Sinapsis or derivative works
   - Including Sinapsis in paid courses, trainings, or workshops
   - Offering Sinapsis setup, configuration, or customization as a paid service
   - Bundling Sinapsis with other commercial products

4. ATTRIBUTION

   Any use of Sinapsis must include visible attribution:

   By contributing to this project, you agree that your contributions
   are licensed under these same terms and that the commercial
   exploitation rights of your contributions transfer to the
   copyright holder (Luis Salgado / SalgadoIA).

6. NO WARRANTY

   Sinapsis is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind,
   express or implied. The copyright holder is not liable for
   any damages arising from its use.

7. TERMINATION

   This license terminates automatically if you violate any of
   its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of
   Sinapsis in your possession.
