404 when using basic_install.sh

When using basic_install.sh it tries to download the following file:
https://github.com/slackhq/python-rtmbot/archive/python-rtmbot-0.4.0.tar.gz

But the curl result is a 404 error.

Is this issue still open for contribution?

Ran the basic_install.sh no issues- did not receive a 404.
