Resourcepacks get downloaded to the mods directory

The issue:

• If there is a resource pack in the manifest, ModPackDownloader downloads it to the mods folder.
• Would be cool if ModPackDowloader would ignore these resouce packs, because they are adding to the downloading time a lot.
