it would be great if we could pass arguments to hardhat --init so the user does not need to answer any question

so we can do pnpm dlx hardhat --init --version 3 --folder . --type "typescript+node" --install and have a working project

I am writing a tutorial for my plugin and am using ezx (based on zx to test the flow , this require to be able to execute script non-interactively.

Also even for the user following this tutorial, it is better if they are sure to create the right environment to follow along
