ObservabilityState compilation errors

Running into two compilation issues when including the package version 1.13.2 via SPM on Xcode 16.0 in a brand new project (as well as a larger existing project).

ObservabilityState cannot be marked as nonisolated:

And further down in that same file an unrecognized signature of Task.detached(... is being used:

@jnelson-evluma does this happen when building with Xcode 26 as well?
