Does Caffe-HRT has armeabi-v7a prebuilt?

I tried to compile armeabi-v7a prebuilt myself, but got stuck at OpenBlas, which can only support vfp, not for neon nor simid. Do you have precompiled libs for armeabi-v7a? Or is it theoretically feasible to compile OpenBlas for armeabi-v7a?

https://github.com/rickyHong/caffe-for-android has provided an armv5 libopenblas.a, which make Caffe-HRT in armeabi-v7a compile fine
