Describe the bug
When a bill is set to draft, a stock valuation layer is created to cancel the one created when the bill has been validated (when the amount of the bill and the purchase order has a price gap on one or many lines).
But, when it's confirmed again, no stock valuation layer is created (with or without udating the price on the bill) which causes a stock valuation gap between reality and Odoo. A new stock valuation line must be created to have a stock valuation correct.
