Partner to redesign a website on Odoo

Probably not the best place to ask such a question but since this is a prominent way to get feedback, here goes:
We are looking for an individual/company to redesign our Odoo based website.
The redesign will be mostly visual and should leverage as many features of Odoo website designer as necessary.
Up to this point not all details are available since finding a designer who can work with Odoo is the hardest part.

We are currently on v16 with plans to migrate to v18 as soon as some essential modules get migrated.

Knowing things like the following would really help:

• Desired timeline for delivery
• Assume you're on Enterprise?
• What level of redesign you're after - 100% standard components or new custom components for the web builder, etc.
• Timezone - can the company I work for adequately support you?
• Any ideas on budget might also be useful - if you're after a fixed price job with limited scope and limited number of changes, or time and materials where it just sort of "goes on", etc.
• Moving websites between Odoo databases in the past has been.. painful in my experience. I haven't tried since 13 or so, but I assume this hasn't changed. If you're planning on using the web builder, then you may need/want to hold doing anything until you're on 18.
• Have you considered Odoo SA's design service? Not that I'm pimping them, but you know..

I doubt that the company I work for can assist in the timeline you're after - but knowing this sort of stuff upfront is always helpful and prevents anyone wasting their time :)
