Patient designer feature request: Allow input from excel file

Can the setup be used to make variations for a given "known" patient (e.g. import from xlsx currently used in TestGenerator or CDM reference object)?

• This could be an easy starting point (might already be available for some packages, more familiar to PIs) instead of prompting from scratch.
• Allow to use prompting to introduce data modifcications such as changing sequence of events, adding irrelevant concepts, injecting noise.

This is a feature request for the patient designer app.

I would like to be able to take a cdm excel file in the format of the example given on the package website and use it as input to the Patient Designer.

Example Workflow:

1. Download the example excel file from https://darwin-eu-dev.github.io/TestGenerator/#example

2. Upload this excel file to the patient designer app.
3. Make modifications to the patient data in the app.
4. Download the excel file with the modifications included.

@AniekMarkus I have added an upload and download as xlsx option in the develop branch. Maybe you can check if this works for you?
