DuckDB takes a long time to install

do we need to use duckdb for this package? it took me 1.7h to install it can we move it to suggests or remove the installation?

This is an issue on how to install duckdb, not about PatientGenerator per se.

You can install duckdb as a binary version, so it doesn't have to compile everytime.

However I will check if indeed this can go to suggests.
