Request for Investigation of 502 Error During Notice Submission

Hello,

We are currently experiencing a 502 Bad Gateway error when submitting a notice to TED for validation.

From our side, it appears that the notice is successfully sent to the TED gateway API endpoint. However, the gateway then forwards it to an internal validation service, and the 502 response indicates that TED’s internal service did not respond in time, causing the gateway to time out.

It is possible to validate this Notice via the Postman API, but it takes more than 2 minutes.

Could you please investigate the following?
Whether we need to adjust anything on our end (payload size, timing, retry policy, etc.).

Please also provide then any relevant information that may help investigate including the involved environment (PREVIEW or PROD), date and time of the attempt, and eventually, the submitted notice.
