With reference to SDK 1.13.3, what does the new GR-REVIEW SECTION stand for? Is it mandatory or does it imply some rules? Is there any FAQ associated to this topic? or guidelines for good data entry of result notes?

The Review section is about the review section of the Regulation Annex (BG-716). This section is currently optional.
