How to create custom schema for document

As a developer, I want to know how I can create my own customised schema for my doc particularly with OA v3.

PS: It took me a while to understand this a little better after digging into the codebase myself though still feels iffy about some of the parts. It would be great if there was a guide on how this works.😬

Side note:

• contexts are mandatory for v3 documents
• schemata are optional for any documents
• in our contexts, the vocab link lead to nothing (to fix?)
• in v3 context, id for attachments is not correct
