Is there any reason for these to be set in the CMake template?

	set (OpenCASCADE_CXX_FLAGS "@CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS@")

When creating a yocto recipe for OpenCASCADE, these leak the build environment details, which is caught by yocto's Q&A and the build fails. As a result these must be removed by a patch.

Yes, it had the reason before, at least for our internal projects. For current needs I need to validate before some responses.
