Feature Overview
Since Patina substitutes the DXE Core implementation today, it impacts a number of global services and data stores related to industry standard code like TCG related libraries and drivers. These rely on TPL, protocols, HOBs, etc. In the future it is possible TPM related drivers will be written in Rust within Patina.
This issue tracks enabling testing with TPM enabled. Such as in nightly regression testing.
Note: TPM support is easier to enable in Q35 than SBSA as the upstream code has built-in support. Therefore, TPM enabling in patina-qemu is broken into two separate issues for SBSA (this one) and Q35.
