Basic Seasonal Event Implementation

More accurately this is the season pass endpoint but I don't want people thinking were going to reintroduce paid content.

The season passes are hardcoded to years in the season pass chart objects, we dont have a reason to add anything but the default error response as we cannot trigger the passes from the server, client just doesnt accept it, ill get this done sometime

Update i got basics loaded and am planning to work on the full thing! Without the premium content lol tho, but challenges are something ill implement as its a interesting thing to work on, using client modding to get rid of the paywalls in it.
