Description

The hover text (tooltips) for the “Adaptor” and “Credentials” info icons (i) in the Collaborative Editor are not displaying.

Expected behavior:

• Tooltip text should appear on hover, providing contextual information for both fields.
  Credentials- "If the system you're working with requires authentication, choose a credential with login details (secrets) that will allow this job to connect. If you're not connecting to an external system you don't need a credential."

Adaptors- "Choose an adaptor to perform operations (via helper functions) in a specific application. Pick 'http' for generic REST APIs or the 'common' adaptor if this job only performs data manipulation."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a workflow in the Collaborative Editor.
2. Navigate to the Adaptor and Credentials configuration sections.
3. Hover over the info icons (i) next to each label.
4. Observe that no tooltip text appears.
