# Commercial Support Listings Policy
2+
3+
This project provides a public *Commercial Support* section as a courtesy to vendors. Inclusion does **not imply endorsement, verification, or evaluation** by the project maintainers.
4+
5+
## Content
6+
7+
Listings will include:
8+
9+
- **Vendor name**
10+
- **Link** to the vendor's chosen landing page for more information
11+
- **Information**
12+
- _Contact_ one or more links, URLs, or contact information
13+
- _Location_ where the primary location of the vendor is, including time zone
14+
- _Supported Regions_ regions where the vendor offers services
15+
- _Logo_ a logo in a common image format suitable for display in varying sizes
16+
- **Listing of Common Services** These categories are set by OIE and are meant to give a quick overview of services offered. If these categories change, current vendors will be contacted to update their listing.
17+
- _Contributor_ a link to open-source contribututions by the vendor
18+
- _Integration and Interface Services_ a yes/no indication if the vendor provides services to implement, support, or alter integrations running on OIE
19+
- _Migration from Other Engines_ a yes/no indication if the vendor provides services to migrate from other engines to OIE
20+
- _Cloud Hosting_ a yes/no indication if the vendor provides hosting services
21+
- _Managed Support_ a yes/no indication if the vendor provides managed support services
22+
- _Custom Development_ a yes/no indication if the vendor provides custom development services
23+
- _Training_ a yes/no indication if the vendor provides training for customers to use OIE
24+
- **Additional Information** vendors may include any additional information about your services, your company, your staff, etc.
25+
- **References** to the vendors participation within the community. This includes but is not limited to links to PRs, links to forks, or community commentary about their participation.
26+
27+
The project reserves the right to:
28+
29+
- Control and limit tag selection for clarity and space
30+
- Deny or remove listings that violate community standards or appear misleading
31+
32+
The project shall not mediate disputes between vendors and clients. We are offering a listing, not a certification or endorsement.
33+
34+
## Vendor Expectations
35+
36+
Vendors are expected to follow community guidelines.
37+
38+
Vendors can be de-listed by a simple majority vote of the steering committee. We expect to never have to do this.
39+
40+
## Limitations and Disclaimer
41+
42+
All linked content is maintained by the vendor. The project does **not**:
43+
44+
- Verify any claims made by vendors
45+
- Support or guarantee vendor services
46+
- Intervene in disputes between users and vendors
47+
48+
Users should **perform their own due diligence** before engaging with any listed vendor.
49+
50+
## Get Listed
51+
52+
The process to get listed is enumerated in the [vendors repository](https://github.com/OpenIntegrationEngine/vendors).
