Adding number to controls when creating track

Hi, I'm using mapper for creating tracks. I would like to export the track to livelox but cannot find a way how to add a code (number like 55 or 100 etc.) to control. I'm using 799 Simple orienteering course or adding manually controls with 702 control point. Is there a way to do it? Thanks.

I think that direct code editing to simple course is not supported yet as Mapper is primarily cartographic program. This does not mean that there are no codes if you export the course using Export as/Simple course, but again, settings are limited to starting code. For course setting it is better to use Purple Pen which is also free.

The XML from Mapper looks like this sample (see Id field):

Of course it is better to use Purple pen... However, it is only for Windows. But thank you anyway.

Or maybe I can rewrite the numbers in xml?

Editing of xml is possible, but with more courses I would definitely choose course setting programe to avoid risk of accidental error.

There is a PR #2301 which strives to make Course Export a little less cumbersome, but AFAIK it would still fail for multiple-courses-in-single-map scenario.

Unfortunately the CI build for this PR have already expired, so no easy way to test it.
