On Linux Mint (Otter 1.081-dev), Manjaro Linux (Otter 1.0,03), and on Haiku (Otter 1.0,03),
a lot of problems loading and playing MP4 movies within a <video> tag.
All the OSs are up to date.
This page has several different small MP4's, and works OK on modern Gecko and WebKit based browsers:

The Otter on Manjaro Linux just hangs the whole window until all the movies load.
The others take a very long time to load the movies, and then do odd things in the mean-time. I guess it's threading issues.
