can you make keyboard shortcut for 'Now playing layout'?

I can do something, but it won't work all the time, because a panel need to have focus on it in order to listen to keystrokes. So I could do a shortcut, but only one who will work after clicking somewhere in the skin. So a shortcut who will seems buggy because it won't work on every scenarii seems useless to me.
