Trouble grouping albums

I've searched up everything and changed the sort by and group by customtitle format but nothing fixes it
Ive got about 7000 songs so I'm worried its a tagging issue but my library is tagged relatively well and it still happens, sometimes theres a difference in the albums togglecase which seperates the album and sometimes its because features are seperated with commas,

What are your grouping and sorting settings currently? Those are almost definitely the cause, in relation to whatever your tags are.

Ive tried out grouping by %album%,

%album artist%,

$if(%album artist%,%album artist%,%artist%) [/[%date%] [%album%] $if(%discnumber%, Disc %discnumber%)] ,

$if2(%artist%,)[ / %album%] and %album artist% | $if2(%album%,%date%) | %discnumber%"

"%album artist% | $if2(%album%,%date%)

but nothing is seeming to work sometime it fixes some albums but not the others and sometimes it gets worse

I used a batch downloaded from soulseek to download my liked spotify songs most of the tags are good and albums split even if they have the same name and artist (no features) not sure whats going on

So for the grouping there are two lines, is what you sent before for the first or second, and what is the other one set to? What do you have for your sorting filter? That can impact the grouping.

For the grouping can you try just doing %album% for the first line and %album artist% for the second, and then for sorting setting it to %album artist% |%date% | %album%|%discnumber%|%tracknumber%#1

Lastly, if those are still giving you sorting issues, the issue is probably just with the tags. For example, I see there's a bunch of different entries for Chromakopia, can you share the metadata properties (right click on the item and select properties) for each of the different items?
