AS4 message :Direct transmission failed. Peppol TestBed

Hi Team,

Need Your Assistance for the below issue encounter while running the testbed in peppol.
we are using below setup for E-Invoicing.

Tomcat-11.0, Oxalis-ng-1.2.0, Java-17

TC2A.2B: AS4 message receptionFailed
Testbed will generate a file and send to the AccessPoint that is under test. Transaction will be addressed to receiver 0242:POP000xxx from 9922:NGTBCNTRLP1001. There is no need for the receiver to be registered in the SMK, a static configuration will be used to address the transaction to AP endpoint URL https://rev.ourdomain.online/oxalis/as4.

Error on TestBed
Transaction (with instance identifier POP000xxx-xxx-20251216T140109) to testing AP failed to be delivered. Error; Direct transmission failed.
