Good morning, I have this error sending a file:

"Message failed : Unable to fetch 'http://B-d424a7f0e9e47a134705cc9a2e69fa37.iso6523-actorid-upis.acc.edelivery.tech.ec.europa.eu/iso6523-actorid-upis%3A%3A0201%3Aufan47/services/busdox-docid-qns%3A%3Aurn%3Aoasis%3Anames%3Aspecification%3Aubl%3Aschema%3Axsd%3ADespatchAdvice-2%3A%3ADespatchAdvice%23%23urn%3Afdc%3Apeppol.eu%3Apoacc%3Atrns%3Adespatch_advice%3A3%3Aextended%3Aurn%3Awww.agid.gov.it%3Atrns%3Addt%3A3.1%3A%3A2.1'"

It seems to be an SML resolution problem, for the peppol id "0201:UFAN47", but it seems to happen to all "0201" (public company in Italy). This error happen in the last weeks.

Resolving the peppol id with Partecipant Information the url is different:

I use the Oxalis library 6.7.0 and Phoss SMP 7.2.8.

@francescodiperna you are using CNAME lookup. CNAME lookup is no longer support since 1st November, 2025.

Add following properties in oxalis.conf
lookup.locator.class=network.oxalis.vefa.peppol.lookup.locator.BdxlLocator

Also you are using outdated oxalis version 6.7.0. Please upgrade ASAP for latest changes related to OpenPeppol specification.
