Support packet version 17 (RRC-NR rel16, v96) #148

Hello all,
thank you for providing this useful tool!
While I was able to capture the DM interface of a "Quectel RM500Q" modem with qcsuper and display the NR RRC in wireshark (v4.4.8), the same procedure was not possible for a newer modem "Telit FN990A28".
Since packets are not dissected as NR RRC, perhaps the newer version of Qualcomm Diag NR RRC is not yet supported by qcsuper.
I've attached the pcap that was recoded as follows:

It would be great to add support for that version as well. If you need further details or different type of recording, please let me know.
