2004 to 2009: The first version (TDDFT, GW, and BSE calculations) of this package is developed by Murilo Tiago in UT Austin.
2014 to 2016: Maintained by Linda Hung in UIC.
2017 to 2020: Maintained and improved by Weiwei Gao in UT Austin. Symmetry adapted interpolative density fitting method is implemented in 2019 by Weiwei Gao to accelerate the evaluation of a large number of kernel matrix elements.
